People Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to assume the role of People Manager, responsible for overseeing people-related matters in the infrastructure business unit. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, operational expertise, and a strong understanding of organizational dynamics.
The successful incumbent will provide strategic and operational support to key stakeholders, partnering with project teams to deliver business priorities, including resource planning, training, and development.
They will contribute to establishing a culture of sharing best practices across the organization, partnering with the Pre-Contracts team to provide people strategies and initiatives to tenders.
The People Manager will develop and implement people initiatives that support the delivery of the Infrastructure Strategy, enhancing employee experience, building capability, and supporting profitable projects.
