About the Role

We are seeking an Organisational Development Expert to partner with our executive management team to drive business growth and employee engagement through strategic people initiatives.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive organisational development programs that address our diverse needs and anticipate future workforce requirements.
  • Embed effective talent management practices across all levels of the organisation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and deliver targeted initiatives that promote continuous development and engagement of teams and individuals.
  • Oversee the design, delivery, analysis of employee surveys, providing actionable insights.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive experience in organisational development, including cultural transformation, performance frameworks and contemporary talent management strategy and practice.
  • Proven record of coaching and influencing senior leaders and teams.
  • Expertise in behavioural facilitation, consulting, and performance coaching.
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced use of organisational and individual diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to analyse data for informed decision-making.
