  • Analyze HR metrics and dashboards to influence decision-making and monitor the effectiveness of HR programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar position with expertise in Strategic HR partner, change management & HR Analytics.
  • Experience dealing with the full range of employee life cycles and strong Employee Relation experience in managing investigations and disciplinary measures within internal policy and local legislation frameworks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven experience working in diverse and multi-cultural environments.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience (preferably Business Partnering) and knowledge of ANZ specific practices and processes.
