Strategic People Manager

A dynamic HR professional is sought to play a key role in driving strategic business outcomes through effective people management and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on strategic people solutions, drive key people initiatives, and set people strategies based on data and insights.
- Develop and implement commercial impact-driving HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Partner with business leaders to identify learning and development needs, collaborate with L&D teams to design and implement solutions, and support compensation and benefits planning and rollouts.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, analyze survey results, and implement action plans to improve workplace culture.
- Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes, to optimize individual and team performance.
- Contribute to HR initiatives or project teams focused on increasing organizational effectiveness by providing coaching and guidance to managers on people-related matters.
- Analyze HR metrics and dashboards to influence decision-making and monitor the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Proven experience in a similar position with expertise in Strategic HR partner, change management & HR Analytics.
- Experience dealing with the full range of employee life cycles and strong Employee Relation experience in managing investigations and disciplinary measures within internal policy and local legislation frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven experience working in diverse and multi-cultural environments.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience (preferably Business Partnering) and knowledge of ANZ specific practices and processes.
