Business Partnership Opportunity

This is a high-level position within our Human Resources department, focused on delivering strategic people programs and initiatives that drive business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers across the organization, providing expert guidance on employee relations, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve employee relations issues and improve workplace relationships.
  • Partner with stakeholders to design and execute strategic people initiatives that drive business results.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees at all levels, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Contribute to the development of organizational change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
About You

We are seeking an experienced Business Partner who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering or professional services industry, is required.

A strong background in HR practices, employment law, and talent management principles is essential.
