We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our Employment Pathway services. You will cultivate new business opportunities, retain existing customers, and manage accounts to ensure high service levels and client satisfaction.

This role involves working closely with supported employees in our production environment, coaching them on the packaging floor as part of our inclusive employment programs. It's well-suited to someone with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work both strategically and operationally in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and customer retention for our Employment Pathway services.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through sales acquisition and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely resolution of queries or complaints.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with our packaging capabilities.
  • Lead, coach, and support employees in task completion while promoting inclusive workplace practices.
  • Oversee production and operational processes, including inventory management and product specifications.
  • Perform production support tasks on the packaging floor as needed.

Requirements:

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
  • Must have full-time working rights in Australia.
  • NSW Drivers License.
