Senior Inside Sales Manager
to join our dynamic Team.
Since 2009, The Knowledge Academy has delivered award-winning training solutions across project management, IT, business analysis, leadership, marketing, and more
—partnering with giants like Microsoft, AXELOS, APMG, and PeopleCert.
Responsibilities
Consistently
achieve and exceed
monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Identify opportunities for
upselling and cross-selling
across diverse training portfolios.
Drive new customer acquisition
while nurturing existing relationships.
Deliver excellent
pre-sales support
and maintain high communication standards.
Stay sharp with
market, competitor, and industry insights
to stay ahead.
Travel internationally for
management meetings, client engagements
, and
upskilling programs
.
Qualifications
2+ months of sales experience
(EdTech or tech-based services preferred)
Strong background in
International Market
Track record of
meeting/exceeding sales targets
Exceptional
communication skills
in English (neutral accent)
Smart, energetic, and commercially astute
personality
Ability to thrive in a
high-pressure, target-driven
environment
Flexible, agile mindset and team-first attitude
Professional demeanor and organizational skills
are a must
