We are in search of a top-tier Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upcoming venue in the Melbourne CBD. In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing team to optimize sales and profitability, create an unforgettable customer experience, and ensure our brands remain industry leaders.

Our focus is on attracting and retaining exceptional talent to deliver outstanding service and products to our clientele. We seek an individual who embodies a practical approach to management and aligns with our esteemed team.

Key responsibilities for this dynamic, hands-on position include:

  • Collaborating with the General Manager to establish best practice systems and processes for our venue
  • Managing operational tasks such as scheduling, forecasting, inventory oversight, and reporting
  • Ensuring seamless venue operations that provide guests with an extraordinary experience
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislative requirements
  • Driving sales to achieve set targets and budgets while effectively managing operational expenses
  • Onboarding, developing, and leading the team with hands-on guidance

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • 5+ years of experience in Venue Management
