Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Venue Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences at our Commercial Hotel in South Morang.

About the Role:

  • As a Venue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
  • You will be a motivational and inspiring leader, developing and training the team to achieve operational targets and vision.
  • With a strong focus on customer service, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our guests.
  • You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies, drive revenue growth, and improve operational efficiency.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
