As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational and production aspects of our venue, ensuring seamless execution of events while fostering a culture of excellence within our operations team. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our Operations Supervisors and supporting their development, ensuring a high standard of performance across the board.
This role requires close collaboration with the Operations Manager to engage with clients, business partners, and stakeholders, including promoters and contractors, to effectively plan and execute events that align with both client expectations and business goals. During events, you will be responsible for ensuring operational success across multiple functions, focusing on customer satisfaction, safety, and security, as well as maintaining the venue's presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Direct the operational management of our sporting events, ensuring a high-quality experience for attendees and broadcasters alike.Lead the planning and execution of significant entertainment events, collaborating with renowned organizations to deliver memorable experiences.
Partner with stakeholders in various technical fields to ensure successful event delivery and operational synergy.
Collaborate with the Operations Leadership team to recruit and onboard new team members, fostering a culture of growth and success.
Manage administrative functions related to operations, including financial oversight and scheduling.
