Operational Strategy and Enhancement:
- Design and improve standardized service procedures while honoring the distinctiveness of each venue.
- Apply industry best practices across all sites to boost operational productivity.
- Work alongside venue leaders to pinpoint areas needing enhancement and execute effective solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and innovations, incorporating relevant practices into our operations.
Performance Evaluation and Reporting:
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for front-of-house operations across all venues.
- Create a standardized reporting framework to monitor labor expenses and efficiency.
- Examine performance metrics and compile regular reports for senior management and venue leaders.
- Oversee guest feedback and manage reviews across various platforms.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in upscale hospitality management, preferably in a multi-venue context.
- Strong grasp of the commercial aspects of front-of-house operations.
- A demonstrated history of performance assessment and operational enhancement.
- Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, capable of collaborating across diverse teams and locations.
