
Key Account Growth Specialist

The role encompasses managing high-value accounts within the healthcare sector, utilising strategic thinking to drive business growth.
This position is based across Eastern Suburbs and Western Sydney locations, offering flexible hybrid work-from-home arrangements. As a leader in freight forwarding and logistics services, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a global organisation operating in seven sites across Australia.
About the Role:
- Maintain and develop Key Accounts through relationship building and negotiation.
- Identify opportunities for account development and expansion.
- Responsible for financial performance and budget management of Key Accounts.
- Act as the point of escalation for operational performance issues related to Key Accounts.
- Regularly review performance and development with local and global stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations on-site and off-site with Key Accounts.
- Utilise reporting tools, dashboards, CRM, and Microsoft Office to extract data and prepare reports for Key Accounts.
- Support the implementation of new business initiatives.
- Collaborate with Global and Regional teams to drive business success.
- Guide and support sales and customer service teams to ensure Key Customer Service Level Agreements are met and exceeded.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role managing high-value accounts.
- Ability to drive internal compliance and establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of operational procedures.
- Ability to review and report on key performance indicators.
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
- Results-focused and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
