This role offers the chance to take your career to the next level. We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in Not For Profit, Community, or Government within the social services sector.

This leadership position reports to the Director of Strategic Change and is part of the change management team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining the future state vision and ensuring alignment with stakeholder experiences and journeys
  • Coordinating engagement with program and organisational leaders regarding the future state vision, the case for change, and change leadership roles and capabilities
  • Providing guidance and coaching to team members, ensuring delivery of high-quality outcomes for service users
  • Supporting the management of stakeholder segments based on functional, behavioural, and attitudinal characteristics of the target audience

To succeed, you will need experience working within specified sectors, along with knowledge of disability and scheme requirements, and Australian Citizenship or ability to obtain Baseline Level Security Clearance.

You will have the opportunity to develop your strategic change expertise in a Federal Government agency supporting diverse community groups.
