Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to lead change enablement programs, coordinate readiness activities, and manage communications to support successful change adoption.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' experience planning and implementing change management within cross-functional transformation programs. They will bring a strong grasp of change methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci, with the ability to tailor approaches to suit different audiences and contexts.

A key responsibility of this role will be to design change management strategies, including communications, training, and readiness planning. The successful candidate will also have experience working with senior stakeholders, with the confidence to influence, coach, and support leaders through change.

This role requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams. Strong project management skills are essential, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and keep change initiatives on track.
