Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager to lead our organization's strategic initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing change management frameworks across various programs and projects.

Your primary focus will be on staff and student timetabling initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions. You will design and execute effective communication and engagement strategies to gain stakeholder buy-in and senior leadership alignment.

Influencing and guiding teams is another crucial aspect of this role. You will work closely with program and project managers to integrate change management into project delivery, promoting business value and customer experience.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong understanding of change management principles and practices. Proven success in developing and applying change management frameworks in complex environments is essential.

A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills are also required. You will need to craft strategic messaging and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have postgraduate qualifications or extensive experience in change management or digital transformation. They will be able to lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and drive results-oriented change initiatives.
