Job Overview

The role of Business Transformation Lead is a dynamic and strategic opportunity to future-proof an organisation as it navigates growth and sector-wide change.

Reporting directly to a CEO and working closely with a leadership team, you will develop a framework to guide scalable change across the organisation and then lead phased implementation.

This hands-on role requires a strategic thinker who can both design and deliver change. The ideal candidate is a highly experienced project and change manager who has a record of designing and embedding organisational change in health, education or other complex settings.

Ambitious and energetic, the appointee will be known for their resilience, adaptability, creativity and reflective nature.

Organisational Context

The Australian Dental Council works to protect public health and safety by ensuring dental practitioners meet high standards required of dental professionals in Australia.

Through this role, the ADC is responsible for accrediting education and training programs leading to registration as a dental practitioner, developing accreditation standards and assessing the qualifications and skills of overseas trained dental practitioners.

  • Accreditation functions for the dental professions under the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme (NRAS).
  • Development of accreditation standards, policies and procedures for Australian-based dental practitioner programs.
  • Assessment of professional qualifications, knowledge, judgement and clinical skills of overseas trained dental practitioners.
Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver change for scalable and sustainable growth.
  • Three-year initiative endorsed by the Board.
  • Reporting to the CEO and working closely with a well-aligned leadership team.
  • Developing a framework to guide scalable change across the organisation and leading phased implementation.
