Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Portfolio Change Manager to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our organisational change initiative, you will play a key role in managing change across multiple workstream portfolios.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of change initiatives within assigned workstreams
  • Collaborate with workstream leads to advise and manage organisational change
  • Partner with change peers to deliver the enterprise change portfolio
  • Maintain a portfolio view of ongoing and future change initiatives
