Strategic Change Manager

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team in driving organizational change and transformation. As a Change Transformation Consultant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic change management initiatives that align with business goals.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in organizational change planning, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications. They should possess strong knowledge of change models and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This role involves assisting clients with their sustainability business transformations using Organizational Change Management skills: from impact assessments, to change strategies, stakeholder engagement, capability and capacity building, and communications.
- Develop and recommend change strategies
- Manage and implement core change activities such as stakeholder analysis, engagement, impact assessment, organizational readiness, communications, and training
- Identify communication needs and execute strategies using strategic and tactical communication skills
