Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced change management professional to lead the development and delivery of strategic change practices across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will enable successful project execution, uplift change maturity, and protect customer experience and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams, advanced change management capability, and strong project delivery skills. They will also possess exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver robust change and communication strategies that support successful project and program outcomes.
  • Lead the development of our change management practice, embedding tools, frameworks, and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder education and evolution of change and comms maturity.
  • Develop and lead strategic and operational communications aligned to our organizational goals.
  • Support delivery excellence and embed best-in-class ways of working across teams.
  • Own and optimise our digital platforms, manage critical incident communications, and embed a customer obsessed, high performance culture across the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience (5+ years) with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Advanced change management capability with experience applying methodologies in large-scale environments.
  • Strong project delivery skills with the ability to integrate change across complex businesses and multiple sites.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leaders.
  • Skilled in influencing and negotiating to drive adoption and alignment across diverse teams.
  • Experience managing strategic communications and digital platforms.
