Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician / Customer Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support and technical expertise to our customers in your assigned territory.

The successful candidate will have experience with PC hardware and software repair, electro-mechanical device repair and aptitude, and previous experience with ATM and SelfServe Checkout repairs. You will also have strong customer service skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and professionally.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs), networking equipment as well as other products.
  • Manage and organize parts inventory.
  • Participate in ongoing training online and in classrooms.
  • Work independently in the field and office.
  • May require prolonged travel, carrying and lifting tool kit and/or parts of varying weights; bending/squatting, walking/standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Some interstate travel may be required.
