People Strategic Leader

We are seeking an accomplished HR Director to join our Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Human Resources, Learning and Development, Health and Safety, and Facilities Teams.
- Anticipate and lead effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing workplace.
- Minimise people risks to the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have proven HR leadership experience, a deep understanding of HR functions, a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Work Arrangements:This is a part-time position, working 22.5 hours flexible over 3 days, equivalent to full-time hours of 37 per week.

This post requires you to provide strategically minded and delivery-focused expertise to the Leadership Team. This will enable a safe, inclusive and highly engaged workplace in order to achieve our strategic objectives of growth, sustainability, reach and impact.
