Job Title: HR Manager

Are you a strategic and forward-thinking professional with expertise in Human Resources? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for people management?

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice and support to ensure the success of the People & Culture function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with team members and leaders to understand their needs and provide guidance and support.
  • Provide open communication to all employees and facilitate relationships between employees and senior leadership.
  • Review and maintain all HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Support, lead and coach a team of HR professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with managers to develop workforce planning and engagement strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to minimize legal risks and ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of organizational projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading and guiding a HR team.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Previous experience working with similar industries or sectors is desirable.
  • Possess excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders.
  • Current Class C driver's licence.
  • A current Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children).
  • Be able to undertake a National Police Check.
