We seek an accomplished Strategic AI Product Development Leader to spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, production-grade AI solutions. As a key member of our technology team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that AI initiatives are aligned to business needs, technically sound, and ethically implemented.
About the Role- Develop a comprehensive product vision for cutting-edge AI capabilities, focusing on GenAI, Agentic AI, and applied machine learning
- Lead the collaboration between data science and engineering teams to bring innovative prototypes into productive use
- Shape strategic roadmaps, set feature priorities, and track performance post-launch
- Translate business objectives into actionable ML/AI product opportunities
- Influence key stakeholders and align product direction with overall business strategy
- Champion responsible and ethical AI practices throughout the development lifecycle
- Support the upskilling of teams and integrate AI into real-world business processes
