Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote inclusion and wellbeing across our services.

About the Role
  • Leadership: You will lead the development of evidence-informed strategies to support professional development and excellence in inclusion and wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with our managers and other partners to drive improvement in curriculum, pedagogy, and practice.
  • Operational Management: You will manage and monitor progress of initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective outcomes.
  • Business Development: You will represent C&K at an organisational level, building relationships with partners and stakeholders to increase our profile and influence policy and strategy.
  • Education and Practice: You will ensure our inclusion and wellbeing approach is embedded in the curriculum approach of all C&K services and programs.
  • Personal Accountability: You will demonstrate personal drive and integrity, taking responsibility for meeting objectives and achieving goals.
About You
  • You hold an ACECQA approved Bachelor's in Education (Early Childhood) or Postgraduate qualifications in a related field.
  • You have demonstrated successful experience developing and delivering efficient and effective strategies that improve outcomes for children and quality of programs and services provided across a dispersed early childhood service network.
  • You possess evidence of sound professional experience that shows initiative, strong sense of personal responsibility, commitment to personal development, and application of evidence, professional expertise, and courage in decision making.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
