C&K, a leading provider of early childhood education in Queensland, seeks an experienced Inclusion and Wellbeing Lead to join its team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that promote the wellbeing and inclusion of children and staff.

Job Description

As the Inclusion and Wellbeing Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development of policies and strategies that support the inclusion and wellbeing of children and staff;
  • Collaborating with C&K managers and partners to ensure the effective implementation of initiatives and projects;
  • Representing C&K at an organisational level, including communication and advocacy of C&K's inclusion and wellbeing program;
  • Ensuring C&K's inclusion and wellbeing approach is embedded in the curriculum approach of all C&K services and programs;
  • Exemplifying personal drive and integrity – taking personal responsibility for meeting objectives, showing initiative and committing energy to see that goals are achieved.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's in Education (Early Childhood) or Postgraduate qualifications in a related field;
  • Demonstrated successful experience developing and delivering efficient and effective strategies that improve outcomes for children and improve quality of programs and services provided across a dispersed early childhood service network;
  • Evidence of sound professional experience that shows initiative and strong sense of personal responsibility for meeting objectives, commitment to personal development, and application of evidence, professional expertise and courage in decision making.
