Job Description

As the Wellbeing Manager - Childcare Services, you will lead the development of evidence-informed strategies to improve outcomes for children and quality of programs and services provided across our network. You will oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of initiatives and projects, working collaboratively with C&K Managers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver efficient and effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and quality of programs and services
  2. Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of initiatives and projects, collaborating with C&K Managers and partners
  3. Represent C&K at an organisational level, advocating for our inclusion and wellbeing program for children and educators
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of our inclusion and wellbeing approach, making recommendations for improvement
  5. Ensure C&K's inclusion and wellbeing approach is embedded in the curriculum approach of all C&K services and programs
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education (Early Childhood) or Postgraduate qualifications in a related field
  • Demonstrated successful experience developing and delivering efficient and effective strategies that improve outcomes for children and quality of programs and services
  • Evidence of sound professional experience showing initiative, commitment to personal development, and application of evidence and professional expertise in decision-making
Location

This role is based in Kedron, QLD, with occasional travel required throughout the state.
