About the Role

C&K is seeking an experienced Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that support the wellbeing and inclusion of our children and educators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of policies and procedures that promote a culture of inclusion and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with educators and managers to design and deliver programs that support the wellbeing and inclusion of children
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing and inclusion initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government and non-government agencies

Requirements

  • Hold an ACECQA approved Bachelor's in Education (Early Childhood) or Postgraduate qualifications in a related field
  • Demonstrated successful experience developing and delivering efficient and effective strategies that improve outcomes for children and improve quality of programs and services provided across a dispersed early childhood service network
  • Evidence of sound professional experience that shows initiative and strong sense of personal responsibility for meeting objectives, commitment to personal development, and application of evidence, professional expertise and courage in decision making
