To help us achieve this, we're seeking a Strategic Business Excellence Leader to drive the implementation and oversight of our Project Management Office (PMO). This role will be pivotal in developing project and change management governance frameworks, methodologies, and tools tailored to our specific needs.

You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of children in our care by:

  • Developing and implementing project management and change management methodologies, standards, and tools.
  • Leading Project Governance and continuous improvement by aligning projects with our strategic objectives.
  • Prioritizing and managing the project portfolio to balance resource allocation and strategic importance.
  • Executing continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function.
  • Investigating, researching, and evaluating strategic projects and proposals.

You'll bring strong analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving abilities to this role, as well as extensive experience in project management. You'll collaborate across the organization to support effective business change.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A valid Blue Card and current Police Check.

We'd also love to see:

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and project requirements.
  • Knowledge of LEAN methodology principles.
  • AGILE, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
