The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Business Partner to join our Brisbane office on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and demonstrated experience in leading on the interpretation and application of relevant Awards, legislation, policies, and procedures.

About You
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation framework
  • Experience and skills in an HR business partner/advisory capacity, ideally within the legal/professional services industries
  • Demonstrated experience in leading HR projects and WH&S matters
  • Consultative based communication skills; proven ability to influence and shape positive people and business outcomes
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships across the firm, with confidence in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
