About the Role

The Senior People and Culture Business Partner will play a key role in driving business success by providing strategic guidance and advice on people and culture matters. This includes developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems to support operational services, recruitment, performance management, talent development, and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement P&C Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of the People and Culture (P&C) strategy, aligning with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage P&C Generalist Activities: Manage the delivery of all P&C generalist activities across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, remuneration, and benefits.
  • Provide P&C Advice: Provide timely and accurate P&C advice to managers and employees on a range of issues, including remuneration, retention initiatives, succession planning, conduct and capability matters, grievances, and organizational change.
  • Support Managers and Employees: Assist as a support service for managers and employees to maintain effective working relationships.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary HRM Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • HR Experience: A minimum of 6-8 years' experience as a HR Practitioner in an organization with a large blue-collar workforce.
  • HR Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including remuneration and benefits, employee relations, performance management, recruitment and selection, training and development, talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels in the organization.
