Account Manager Opportunity
We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a background in project coordination, account support, or junior account management who is eager to grow into a more strategic and client-facing position.
As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering standout activations across premiums, merchandise, and gifting—primarily within Alcohol and FMCG sectors. You'll work closely with our clients and their agency partners, managing projects from concept through to delivery. This is a hands-on role that blends project management, client service, and supplier coordination.
You'll be supported by a collaborative team and have the opportunity to build your expertise in premium merchandise, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder engagement. This role is based in Australia, with a hybrid working model split between our office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end promotional merchandise projects—from brief to delivery—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, creative agencies, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and alignment at every stage.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.
Ensure exceptional customer service, proactively resolving issues and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in account coordination, project management, or junior account management—ideally with FMCG brands—experience with promotional merchandise will be advantageous.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, grow, and challenge the status quo.
Familiarity with sourcing, production timelines, and vendor management is a plus.
