Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to support our Sales team in achieving revenue targets.
About the JobThis is a permanent opportunity based in Melbourne CBD, with flexible working arrangements. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term sales success.
- Supporting the delivery of revenue streams from a portfolio of both existing and new clients.
- Assisting in the management and regular reporting of sales funnels.
- Campaign assistance, inclusive of scheduling, post-campaign reporting, among other related tasks.
- Sourcing, collating, and typing correspondence and requests for the Sales team; keeping proof of posting requests and delivery; and general administrative duties on demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support, including assistance in preparing for internal stakeholder meetings, client meetings, and/or presentations.
- Providing high-end proposals and other sales documents.
- Managing and reporting sales funnels.
- Assisting with campaign-related tasks, such as scheduling and post-campaign reporting.
- Developing detailed knowledge of inventory and products, as well as checking competitive inventory.
- Performing general administrative duties, including sourcing, collating, and typing correspondence and requests.
