Client Relationship Manager Role

Are you a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to support our Sales team in achieving revenue targets.

About the Job

This is a permanent opportunity based in Melbourne CBD, with flexible working arrangements. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term sales success.
  • Supporting the delivery of revenue streams from a portfolio of both existing and new clients.
  • Assisting in the management and regular reporting of sales funnels.
  • Campaign assistance, inclusive of scheduling, post-campaign reporting, among other related tasks.
  • Sourcing, collating, and typing correspondence and requests for the Sales team; keeping proof of posting requests and delivery; and general administrative duties on demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support, including assistance in preparing for internal stakeholder meetings, client meetings, and/or presentations.
  • Providing high-end proposals and other sales documents.
  • Managing and reporting sales funnels.
  • Assisting with campaign-related tasks, such as scheduling and post-campaign reporting.
  • Developing detailed knowledge of inventory and products, as well as checking competitive inventory.
  • Performing general administrative duties, including sourcing, collating, and typing correspondence and requests.
