**About the role**
**Main tasks**:You will be the primary contact for potential residents and their loved ones. You will share your knowledge and compassion to show the benefits of the aged care community you represent.
**Other tasks**:
- **Achieve **admission and occupancy goals by providing the best solution to those needing respite or permanent care.
- **Develop** relationships with internal and external stakeholders to grow your network of referrers.
- **Assist** customers and their representatives in accessing and register on My AgedCare
- **Create **community engagement plans for your assigned territory.
- **Arrange** and conduct site tours, ensuring suitable vacant rooms are presented impeccably.
- **Research**, analyse, and then report on trends and legislation updates affecting the organisation.

- Proven success in a sales, referral, or relationship-focused role
- Experience in aged care or a similar industry
- A current Australian driver's licence & be willing to undertake a police check

- Held a similar position focused on residential aged-care occupancy
- Demonstrable success in achieving & exceeding sales & relationship management
- A network of contacts to assist your referral process & community engagement
