Strategic Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Enterprise Account Manager to drive customer success and deliver outcomes for our large enterprise accounts.

This role will act as a dedicated resource and owner for a strategic book of business, ensuring successful deployment of our solutions to drive customer engagement, adoption, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster deep relationships with senior leaders, decision makers, and stakeholders to drive proactive engagements and business reviews.
  • Ongoingly review and improve best practices to ensure customers realize measurable value from our solution.
  • Cultivate the customer relationship across their entire journey, from onboarding to value realization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred, with relevant experience considered.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing enterprise-level accounts, focusing on driving customer success and delivering outcomes.
