Product Development Strategist

This Product Strategist will play a pivotal role in the product discovery experience, ensuring solutions meet both business goals and customer needs.
Main Responsibilities- Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to define product specifications and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, decisions, and updates for reference and clarity.
- Foster stakeholder relationships to align on product goals and outcomes, bridging communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Use analytics tools to assess product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation within the customer journey.
- Support A/B testing and data analysis efforts, ensuring insights inform product improvements.
- Work with Insights and Analytics teams to evaluate customer feedback and metrics, implementing recommendations.
- Experience as a business analyst, analysing customer journeys, gathering requirements, and delivering insights that drive product improvements.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) practices and data-driven methodologies to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and experience with A/B testing and CRO methodologies.
- Knowledge of digital product development processes, including UX/UI design principles and technical oversight.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to track progress and manage workflows effectively.
