Job Title: Transformation Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Strategist to drive enterprise-wide change management initiatives across our institution.

The project involves defining user journeys, onboarding new stakeholders, and identifying requirements for the platform.

This role will oversee all change activities around the implementation and transitioning of the project to business as usual (BAU).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete transformation assessments and identify potential resistance factors
  • Create actionable deliverables for key stakeholders, including communications plans, coaching plans, and training programs
  • Support senior leaders and coach managers and supervisors on change management strategies
  • Define and measure success metrics, monitoring change progress and impact

Required Skills:

  • Develop and manage communications strategies and training programs
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key influencers
  • Provide input to and support the design and delivery of workshops and change impact assessment sessions
  • Experience working in Agile change practices is an asset
