Job Title: New Business Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and driven business development professional to join our team. As a New Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on building relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality sales presentations and proposals that drive revenue growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients to drive revenue growth
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders

You will have proven experience in prospecting, pipeline management, client engagement and proposals, and be able to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements:
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals
  • Strong background in B2B sales, ideally with a service or solution-based product
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A passion for building relationships and delivering value to clients
  • A proactive, goal-oriented approach with a “can-do” attitude
