Senior Manager, Site Acquisition

Role Overview:

A seasoned professional sought to support the site selection director in accelerating market growth through expert property acquisition and risk-managed capital deployment.

About This Role:
  • Support the Site Selection Director (SSD) with the execution of long-term business objectives within the property portfolio.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis, due diligence, TIA assessment, and financial modelling to assess commercial viability of potential acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execute due diligence on properties to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  2. Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners and developers.
  3. Monitor market trends and zoning changes impacting property strategy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in property acquisition and negotiation.
  • Extensive experience managing a significant property portfolio or asset management environment.
