Site Acquisition Manager APAC

The primary responsibility of this role is to accelerate market growth through expert property acquisition and strategic capital deployment.

This position requires a seasoned professional with in-depth market insight, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of navigating complex regulatory environments to secure commercially viable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the site selection director in executing long-term business objectives within the property portfolio
  • Conduct feasibility analysis, due diligence, TIA assessment, and financial modeling to assess commercial viability of potential acquisitions
  • Negotiate freehold purchases, lease-to-purchase, and development agreements with property owners, developers, and government agencies
  • Prepare documentation and collaborate with legal, finance, customer insight, and NSD teams to secure internal project approval
  • Monitor and report market trends, zoning changes, and infrastructure developments impacting property strategy
  • Manage acquisition budgets, timelines, and reporting to meet key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in property acquisition and negotiation
  • Extensive experience managing a significant property portfolio or asset management environment
  • Ability to manage relationships with conflicting viewpoints and engage with all levels of an organization
  • Budget management capability for a portfolio exceeding $50M per annum
