Your Role

In the position of Account Manager, you will be tasked with supporting our Corporate Clients with annual revenues ranging from $25M to $250M in the NSW Region.

You will oversee a portfolio of around 120 accounts, concentrating on both upselling and cross-selling existing and new products, providing training, support, and maintaining regular communication. Your goal will be to proactively showcase the ongoing benefits of our services to businesses.

Once acclimated to your responsibilities, you will implement various account management strategies aimed at enhancing product offerings and ensuring client satisfaction through consistent engagement.

As a brand ambassador, you will illustrate how our solutions can continually add value to our clients through a strategic and innovative approach.

This role reports directly to the Sales Manager – Account Management and offers a full-time opportunity with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities within your existing customer portfolio to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide customized solutions.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and requirements.
  • Keep updated on company products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Address client complaints and enhance processes to prevent future issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to position the company as a strategic partner.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, preferably within the SaaS sector.

You will possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving abilities, active listening, and effective communication.
