The RoleYou'll assist in developing revenue-enhancing initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize price and promotional processes.
- Analysing market data to identify opportunities and recommending strategic updates to senior leadership.
- Coordinating price and promotional processes, tracking and reporting on initiatives, and building tools and systems capabilities associated with pricing, promotion, and mix.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to coordinate and implement pricing and promotional processes.
- Tracking and reporting on price, promo, and mix initiatives within the business unit and presenting results to senior leadership.
- Identifying opportunities through market data analysis and recommending revenue-enhancing strategies to drive business growth.
- Base price optimisation.
- Gap analysis.
- Trade investment review and guidance.
- Assessment and improvement of return on trade investment via frequency/depth optimisation recommendations.
- Contributing to the development of annual pricing and trade optimisation plans for management and sales teams.
Requirements: finance background, strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience in FMCG, retail, consulting, or financial institutions preferred. Knowledge of pricing and trade optimisation systems beneficial.
