We are seeking an experienced sales coach to join our team. As our leader in sales performance, you will play a pivotal role in staff development and the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach & Culture Champion: Foster a positive, growth-oriented culture by leading by example, building relationships, and supporting team members' professional and personal growth.
  • Sales Coach: Provide real-time feedback and advice to help staff improve sales performance and conversion rates.
  • Process Trainer: Deliver training to new staff, provide ongoing development, and facilitate more advanced training for senior team members.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a performance and training role within a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong ability to mentor, coach, and motivate teams towards achieving their goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated success in improving sales performance and staff retention.

This role focuses on qualitative coaching and process improvement, with no direct reports to maintain a strong focus on mentoring and coaching.
