About this Opportunity

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Mentor & Culture Leader: Foster a positive, growth-oriented culture, leading by example and providing coaching and mentoring to support team members' growth.
  • Sales Coach: Provide real-time feedback and advice to help staff improve sales performance and conversion rates.
  • Process Trainer: Deliver training to new staff, provide ongoing development, and facilitate advanced training for senior team members.
