Senior Employment Law Specialist

This is a senior-level position in employment law, offering an opportunity to rebuild and grow the QLD practice. The successful candidate will work across the full spectrum of employment and workplace law, including:
- Employment and HR advisory matters
- Industrial relations strategy
- Unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, and workplace health and safety matters
- Employment-related litigation and Employment Practices Liability (EPL) insurance claims
The role involves leading marketing and branding initiatives, growing a small team, and shaping the local practice. To be considered for Special Counsel level, you will have more than 10 years' post-admission experience specialising in Workplace Relations matters and be seeking to assume a leadership role.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need a proven ability to build and manage a team, grow a practice, and maintain strong client relationships. An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in shaping and leading a practice are essential. Experience working with government clients and handling EPL insurance matters will be highly regarded.
