Senior Employment Law Position

This exceptional opportunity involves leading our employment law team in QLD, driving growth and expansion across the full spectrum of employment and workplace law.

As a senior associate or counsel seeking a leadership role, key responsibilities include:

  • Providing employment and HR advisory services
  • Developing industrial relations strategies
  • Managing unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, and workplace health and safety matters
  • Litigating employment-related disputes and advising on Employment Practices Liability (EPL) insurance claims

Opportunities exist to broaden the practice beyond its current workflow, shape the local practice, lead marketing initiatives, and grow a small team.

To succeed in this role, you will require over 10 years' post-admission experience specializing in Workplace Relations matters and a proven ability to build and manage teams, grow practices, and maintain strong client relationships.
