About the Role

As a Workforce Planning Manager in our ANZ Plus Coaching team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic workforce planning initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our coaching workforce to achieve service level and efficiency goals.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure we deliver exceptional customer experiences by placing our Coaches effectively as we scale the ANZ Plus proposition and grow. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our customers and our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Lead the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure workforce planning effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and drive operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Proven experience in workforce planning and optimization or contact centre operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Sound decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, or a related field
