Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Workforce Planner to join our team at Compas Pty Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals by developing and implementing effective workforce planning strategies.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Mapping and analyzing the current state of our organizational workforce and people capability
  • Identifying qualitative and quantitative indicators to understand workforce capability
  • Defining current and future capability requirements to enable staff to implement a holistic product strategy
  • Implementing agreed systems of work to ensure a sustainable and consistent roadmap
  • Providing advice on the relative risks and opportunities of the strategy and implementation activities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in ICT, Human Resources, or Management
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience working in the Australian Government or on large and complex transformation programs with a strategic focus
  • Extensive experience in one or more of the following: workforce strategy, organizational design and capability development, employee experience, people and skills management
