Key Responsibilities- Workforce Planning Leadership
- Develop and implement a strategic workforce planning framework to optimize event workforce performance and capability.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless scheduling and planning for the event workforce.
- Event Workforce Communication, Skills Development & Effectiveness
- Lead a team of Workforce Operations professionals to ensure the event workforce is aligned, engaged, and delivering to world-class standards.
- Develop and implement a performance and capability framework for the event workforce in partnership with the Organisational Capability team.
- IR/ER Frameworks
- Provide expertise in ER/IR frameworks, including enterprise bargaining agreements, awards, workplace policies, and frameworks to support the team in managing tier one issues.
- People & Guest Experience
- Work closely with the People Experience Manager to optimize the people experience at every level, enhancing the attraction and retention of a world-class team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Deep Business Knowledge & Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and team members at all levels to understand the challenges and opportunities to uplift our workforce planning function.
