Payroll Specialist

We're looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR Shared Services team. In this role, you'll be at the centre of our payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring every cycle is delivered accurately, on time, and in full compliance with legislation.

This role involves more than processing—it's about partnership. You'll be the go-to expert for payroll queries, a guardian of data integrity, and a key contributor to process improvements that raise the bar for efficiency and service quality.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll administration and operations, preferably in a multi-country or high-volume environment. They should have strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (Awards, superannuation, PAYG) and exceptional attention to detail with confidence handling employee data and complex calculations.

A process-oriented mindset with a track record of driving improvements is essential. The ability to create clarity and structure in fast-moving environments will also be highly valued.
