Expert Payroll Solutions Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and configuration of advanced SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll solutions.
  • Deliver comprehensive implementation projects across various industries with expertise in payroll rules and legislative compliance.
  • Facilitate expert payroll design workshops, gathering detailed requirements from clients.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Australian payroll legislation including STP and superannuation regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-project delivery.
  • Maintain quality and governance standards across deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and mentor junior consultants, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration.
  • Strong understanding of payroll rules, schemas, and legislative compliance.
  • Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale payroll projects.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is highly desirable.
  • Experience in configuring Time Evaluation and Current Employment is also beneficial.
  • Ability to lead solution design and facilitate client workshops.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Current legal working rights in Australia.
