The role of Senior Payroll Specialist is a pivotal position within our organization, requiring an individual with extensive payroll expertise and skills to effectively manage end-to-end processing of complex payrolls across various cycles.
About the Role- Responsible for managing payroll processing for over 100 Employee Benefit Agreements (EBAs) and multiple local agreements.
- Leads payroll testing and analytical review activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provides expert support and guidance across payroll systems and workflows.
- Ensures legislative and audit compliance by staying up-to-date on changing regulations and entitlements.
- Delivers specialist payroll advice and training to team members.
- Demonstrated proficiency in payroll testing and data analysis.
- Extensive knowledge of payroll legislation and entitlements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
